| Post in Faulty iPod
|
When you send in your iPod to us, the first thing we will do is diagnose it and email you a quote for the repair work. We will not carry out any service unless you agree to go forward.
Once the repair work has been carried out, we test the unit and then email you the final invoice. Once we receive payment confirmation we post the unit back to you insured and with recorded delivery.
If you decide not to have the work done then we shall return the iPod to you. You will however be requested to pay for the return registered mail which is €7.00 in Ireland or €8.00 in Europe.
Please print and complete either the Word Doc or the PDF form below and post your faulty iPod to the following address, Please pack carefully and use registered post. Do not include cables, chargers, earphones etc.
